Dr. H.A. Longino House

The Dr. H. A. Longino House, located at 317 West Main Street in Magnolia, Arkansas, is a historic two-story brick residence built in 1910 for a prominent local physician. Designed by notable architect Eugene C. Seibert, this striking structure features salmon-colored brick and a terracotta roof, showcasing a blend of 19th-century revival styles and early 20th-century Craftsman influences. With its grand front porch and porte-cochere, the house was once one of the most impressive in the area. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and is now owned by the South Arkansas Heritage Museum, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
