Gately Building

The Gately Building, located at 337–353 Main Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, is a historic commercial structure listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2012. Built in 1914 in a flatiron style, it features Colonial Revival elements and was originally home to multiple storefronts and offices. After years of neglect, the building was renovated in 2015 into a 13-unit apartment complex, restoring its historic charm and contributing to neighborhood revitalization. The transformation has been recognized as a successful model for affordable housing initiatives.
