Fisher Theatre (Fisher Building)

The Fisher Theatre, located in the Fisher Building, opened in 1928 and has served as a major Detroit venue for Broadway shows, musicals, and touring performers. It has hosted numerous national theatrical productions and concerts and has been restored and maintained as a principal performing-arts space in the city. The theatre has played a continuous role in Detroit's live-music and theatrical history.
