Beer Can House

The Beer Can House is a folk-art home in Houston that was transformed beginning in the late 1960s by John Milkovisch, who covered the exterior and yard with flattened beer cans, bottle caps, and other metal. The site is preserved by the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art and is open to visitors by appointment and during select public hours. It is recognized locally as an example of vernacular folk art and a unique roadside attraction.
