Kresge–Groth Building

The Kresge–Groth Building, a historic commercial structure in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, showcases Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and was constructed in 1926. Its striking facade features round-topped wall arches and limestone columns. Originally home to the S. S. Kresge Company and later the Earl Groth Company, it also served as a Walgreen Drug Store from 1964 to 1971. Recognized for its historical significance, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, making it a noteworthy stop for tourists and researchers interested in architectural history.
