Huairen Hall

Huairen Hall, located within Zhongnanhai in Beijing, is a significant building in Chinese political history, serving as the main meeting place for the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party. Originally constructed in 1885, it has hosted numerous pivotal events, including the first plenary session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 1949 and the signing of important agreements. The hall features a large auditorium that accommodates around a thousand people, alongside smaller meeting rooms. Its striking architecture includes staggered roofs with glazed green tiles and a grey brick façade, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
