Alum Rock Park

Alum Rock Park, established in 1872, is one of California's oldest municipal parks and is located in the foothills of East San Jose. The park contains mineral springs, miles of hiking trails, picnic areas, and historic park structures and has been operated by the City of San Jose since its creation. It is a long-standing neighborhood natural landmark for outdoor recreation in the region.
