Plano Station (Texas Electric Railway)

Plano Station, now the Interurban Railway Museum, is a historic train station located at 901 E 15th Street in Plano, Texas. Built in 1908 in the Mission Revival/Spanish Revival style, it served the Texas Electric Railway until 1948. After years of vacancy, it was renovated into a museum in 1990 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. Visitors can explore the museum and view Car 360, a restored railcar from the railway, making it a fascinating destination for tourists and researchers interested in transportation history.
