Mitchell-Weeks House

The Mitchell-Weeks House, a historic log farmhouse built in 1789, showcases the Potomac Valley style and is located in Chantilly, Virginia. This charming structure has been home to the descendants of its original builder, Benjamin Mitchell, until around 1940. Although it has undergone renovations, the house retains its Early American-era log front wall and stone chimneys, making it a fascinating site for tourists and researchers interested in American history. A historical marker was established by the Fairfax County Park Authority in 2003, highlighting its significance.
