Eli Phelps House

The Eli Phelps House, located at 18 Marshall Phelps Road in Windsor, Connecticut, is a remarkable example of Italianate architecture built around 1860. This historic two-story brick house features a flat roof with deep eaves, a square cupola, and elegant polygonal window bays.
