Cascade Brewing Barrel House - limited barrel-aged releases

Cascade Brewing Barrel House in southeast Portland is best known for its barrel-aged sour beers and mixed-fermentation programs. The brewery produces small, limited bottlings and single-barrel releases that are distributed in small quantities and often sell out quickly, making many of its bottles difficult to find outside local release events. Cascade's barrel program and bottle releases have been widely documented in coverage of American sour breweries.
