Bank of America Corporate Center is the tallest building in Charlotte and in North Carolina, rising 871 feet with 60 stories. Designed by architect César Pelli and completed in 1992, it serves as a major regional headquarters for Bank of America. The building's multi-tiered crown is illuminated with colored lighting used for holidays, sporting events, and special occasions. Its main entrance and lobby face Tryon Street in Uptown Charlotte.
