Eugene C. Eppley Fine Arts Building

The Eugene C. Eppley Fine Arts Building, located on the Morningside College campus in Sioux City, Iowa, is a premier music and arts facility built in 1966. Known for its exceptional acoustics and the impressive Sanford Memorial Organ, the auditorium accommodates 1,400 guests. The building also houses the Helen Levitt Art Gallery and has been the venue for the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra's concerts since its inception. Designed by W.L. Beuttler and Son, the structure features a blend of materials including brick, stone, and ceramic mosaics, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
