Silvercup Studios

Silvercup Studios opened in 1983 after converting a former cereal factory in Long Island City into film and television production facilities, becoming one of New York City's major studio complexes. The campus contains multiple soundstages, production offices, and support spaces and has hosted numerous television, film, and commercial shoots since its founding. Its large rooftop 'Silvercup Studios' sign is a visible Long Island City landmark seen from Manhattan across the East River.
