Nathan Sanderson I House

The Nathan Sanderson I House, located at 107 Lincoln Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, is a historic wood-frame house built around 1783. It was constructed by Nathan Sanderson over the foundation of an earlier house from 1707. Initially featuring only two rooms on each floor, the house underwent several modifications, including a roof raise and the addition of a leanto, which was later expanded to two stories, giving it a distinctive Federal architectural style.
