Model Brick Home is a heritage-listed building located in Floreat, Western Australia, designed by architect H. Howard Bonner in 1932. This single-storey brick-and-tile house, built in 1934, showcases a unique blend of Inter-War Old English Tudor Revival and Mediterranean Revival styles, highlighted by its distinctive curved roof. The house was constructed as part of a campaign to stimulate the home building industry during the Great Depression, utilizing donated land, materials, and labor. As one of the first architect-designed homes in Floreat, it holds historical significance within the context of Perth's early urban planning and the garden city movement.
