Speas Vinegar Company

The Speas Vinegar Company, located at 2921 North Tryon Street in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a historic industrial site featuring a two-story brick manufacturing building and a single-story warehouse. Constructed in 1939, it showcases early 20th-century fireproof industrial architecture with decorative brick pilasters and cast stone caps. Originally founded in 1888, the facility operated under the Speas Vinegar Company and later by H. J. Heinz and Fleischmann's Vinegar Company until 1994. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2015 and is now home to NoDa Brewing Company, offering visitors a unique blend of history and craft beer.
