Godillot Place

Godillot Place is a historic estate located in Westport, Connecticut, featuring the Lyman Building, a prime example of Stick style architecture built around an 1804 farmhouse. The estate, which includes a carriage house and guest cottage, spans 3.1 acres and is situated near civic buildings on Jesup Road. Originally constructed by Ebenezer Jesup for his daughter, the property was expanded in the late 19th century by Julia Godillot. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977 and offers a glimpse into the architectural and social history of the area.
