The Dr. Willard Van Orsdel King House, located at 1336 Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a historic residence built in 1951, showcasing the Mid-century modern architectural style. Designed by notable architect William F. Bigoney Jr., the house features a unique layout with a central room surrounded by patios and large windows, ideal for the subtropical climate. The home, which has three bedrooms and two and a half baths, was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
