Intelligence Operation Center

The Intelligence Operation Center is a proposed 262-meter skyscraper in Taichung, Taiwan, designed by Ricky Liu & Associates and Christian de Portzamparc. Set to become the tallest building in Taichung upon completion, it features innovative green technology, including solar panels and a hollow design for natural ventilation. Originally slated for completion in 2022, the project has faced delays but represents Taichung's commitment to sustainable urban development.
