State Street Village

Rowe Village, formerly known as State Street Village, is a modern residence hall located at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn. Completed in 2003, this unique dormitory consists of three interconnected buildings, known as 'north', 'middle', and 'south', each featuring five stories. The dorms are designed for student living, with suites that typically include two double rooms sharing a central bathroom. Residents enjoy amenities such as kitchens, laundry facilities, and lounges on the top floors, all secured by ID card access, making it a safe and convenient living space for students.
