Curtis Paper Mill Workers' Houses

The Curtis Paper Mill Workers' Houses, located in Newark, Delaware, are a collection of historic dwellings built around 1888 to accommodate workers from the nearby Curtis Paper Mill. This site features two multi-family frame structures, one housing four family units and the other two, alongside a single-family house for the superintendent. Recognized for their historical significance, these houses were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, offering a glimpse into the living conditions of industrial workers in the late 19th century.
