Baldock House

The Baldock House, located at the corner of South Elm Street and Woodruff Avenue in Searcy, Arkansas, is a charming historic residence built around 1910. This 1+1⁄2-story brick structure features a distinctive clipped-gable roof and a welcoming full-width porch that extends to the east side. Notably, the roof's northern slope is adorned with three elegant pedimented gable-roof dormers, with the central dormer being larger and containing two sash windows. As one of only six surviving brick houses from the early 20th century in White County, the Baldock House was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, making it an interesting site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history.
