Comerica Park (baseball stadium with heritage features)

Opened in 2000, Comerica Park replaced Tiger Stadium as the home of Major League Baseball's Detroit Tigers and is located on Detroit's riverfront edge of downtown. The ballpark includes a series of bronze statues honoring Tigers legends and an outfield area featuring a decorative fountain and mechanical elements that pay tribute to Detroit's industrial history. Comerica Park also incorporates public art and museum-style exhibits celebrating the team's history within the ballpark concourses.
