360 Condominiums - downtown residential tower

360 Condominiums at 360 Nueces St is a downtown residential tower that was completed in 2008 and, at the time, was the tallest residential building in Austin. The tower is known for its glass-clad facade and residential units with views over Lady Bird Lake and the central business district. Its prominent vertical profile altered the downtown skyline and contributed to a wave of high-rise residential development in Austin.
