Villa Finale (National Trust House Museum)

Villa Finale is a house museum in the King William Historic District operated by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. It was the longtime home of collector and preservationist Walter Nold Mathis, who restored the property and played a major role in preserving the King William neighborhood. The museum displays decorative arts, period furnishings, and objects reflecting 19th- and early-20th-century domestic life. Villa Finale interprets local preservation history and the architectural heritage of the district.
