The Tirana Garden Building is a striking mixed-use highrise in Tirana, Albania, designed by Archea Associati. Standing at 85 meters with 24 floors, it features two towers and was opened in 2021. Located just 800 meters from the central square, the complex offers a blend of residential suites, including four-room duplex apartments, and commercial spaces like restaurants and cafes. Notably designed as a green building, it incorporates a self-sustainable structure that promotes vegetation, enhancing the ecological living experience and connecting residents with nature.
