Fourth and Blanchard Building

The Fourth and Blanchard Building, also known as the Sedgwick James Building or the Darth Vader building, is a striking skyscraper in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. Standing at 105 meters (344 feet) with 25 floors, it was completed in 1979 and designed by Chester L. Lindsey Architects. The building features a modern reflective glass facade and is notable for its height, rising significantly above the former Denny Hill. Visitors can also see the unique Red Popsicle installation outside, making it a noteworthy landmark for tourists and researchers alike.
