La Concha Motel lobby (Neon Museum Visitor Center)

The distinctive concrete shell lobby from the La Concha Motel, designed by noted architect Paul R. Williams, was salvaged when the motel closed and relocated to become the Neon Museum's visitor center. The lobby is an intact example of mid-century motel architecture and is interpreted on-site along with the museum's collection of historic signs. The Neon Museum uses the structure to introduce visitors to the history of Las Vegas signage and roadside architecture.
