Dudley Tower

Dudley Tower, also known as First Wausau Tower, is the tallest commercial building in Wisconsin outside of Milwaukee, prominently located in downtown Wausau along the Wisconsin River. Designed by Performa, Inc., this state-of-the-art office building features advanced amenities such as security systems, modern communication infrastructure, and a climate-controlled parking facility. It accommodates around 500 employees and is home to several businesses, including Ruder Ware and WAOW-TV's Skycam. The tower has received notable awards for its design and construction, making it a significant landmark in the region.
