Carowinds straddles two states

Carowinds amusement park is built on the North Carolina–South Carolina border, and parts of the park sit in each state. The park's layout and some rides cross the state line, which is a well-documented feature of the site. Locals often joke that you can be in two states during a single roller-coaster ride.
