Tiger Stadium - longtime home of the Detroit Tigers

Tiger Stadium (originally Navin Field) served as the Detroit Tigers' home ballpark from 1912 through the 1999 season. The stadium hosted Detroit's home games during the Tigers' 1968 and 1984 World Series championship seasons. The final Major League game at Tiger Stadium was played on September 27, 1999, and the ballpark was demolished in 2009.
