Heights Theatre - historic neighborhood cinema

The Heights Theatre, built in 1929 on West 19th Street in the Houston Heights, is a historic neighborhood movie house and performance venue. The theater has undergone renovations and reopened in the 2010s to screen independent films and host live events and community programming. It is one of the longstanding cultural landmarks within Houston's residential Heights district.
