Carnegie Hall

Carnegie Hall was funded by Andrew Carnegie and opened on May 5, 1891. The inaugural concert included a performance conducted by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The venue has since been regarded as one of the world's premier concert halls and has hosted leading artists and ensembles across classical, jazz, and popular music.
