Fubon Aozihdi

The Fubon Aozihdi Development Project is an impressive skyscraper complex currently under construction in Gushan District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Once completed in 2025, it will stand as the third-tallest building in Kaohsiung and the eighth-tallest in Taiwan, featuring two towers: a taller one at 239.8 m with 48 floors and a shorter one at 148.2 m with 25 floors. The site, previously home to Longhua Elementary School, spans over 38,000 m2 and will host a vibrant commercial complex that includes shopping malls, a hotel, office spaces, and an aquarium. Designed by Mitsubishi Land and constructed by a joint venture led by Samsung C&T, this project represents a significant investment in the region's urban landscape.
