One South at The Plaza, formerly known as Bank of America Plaza, is a striking 503-foot tall skyscraper located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed in 1974, it was the tallest building in the city for over a decade and remains the 8th tallest today. The building features 891,000 square feet of rentable space, including 75,000 square feet of retail, and is connected to the Overstreet Mall, enhancing its accessibility.
