Wynkoop Brewing Company - Denver's first post‑Prohibition brewpub

Wynkoop Brewing Company was founded in 1988 by John Hickenlooper and others and is widely credited as Colorado's first brewpub established after Prohibition. Located in Denver's LoDo neighborhood, Wynkoop helped spur the Denver and Colorado craft‑beer renaissance and remains one of the city's long‑running brewpubs. The original brewery and pub occupy a historic LoDo building and host tours and tastings.
