Her Secret Is Patience (Janet Echelman) – Civic Space Park installation

Her Secret Is Patience is a large suspended fiber sculpture by artist Janet Echelman installed over Civic Space Park adjacent to the Burton Barr Central Library. The multicolored netlike work is anchored to surrounding structures and is illuminated at night as a permanent public-art installation in downtown Phoenix. The piece is publicly accessible from the park and library plaza areas and is part of the city’s public art collection.
