G. G. Green's Block

G.G. Green's Block is a historic building located in Woodbury, New Jersey, constructed in 1880 and recognized on the National Register of Historic Places since 2001. Following structural damage from the 2011 Virginia earthquake, the building was deemed unsafe, leading to city intervention and plans for redevelopment. The RPM Development Group has been engaged to restore the building, transforming the ground floor into retail space while creating age-restricted apartments above, making it a focal point for both historical interest and modern urban development.
