Krystalgade 3 is a historic Neoclassical building located in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark, recognized as a protected site since 1986. Originally part of a larger property dating back to the 17th century, it has undergone several transformations, including reconstruction after the devastating Copenhagen Fire of 1795. The current structure was built between 1808 and 1809 and has housed notable residents such as book dealer Salomon Soldin and jurist J. Krag Høst. Architecturally, the building features a unique trapezoidal floor plan, a combination of brick and timber framing, and a charming palmette frieze. Today, it serves as a mixed-use property with retail space on the ground floor and apartments above, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers exploring Copenhagen's rich history.
