Montgomery Plaza (former General Motors Assembly Plant)

Montgomery Plaza is a mixed-use redevelopment of the former General Motors Assembly Plant, originally built in the 1940s. The Art Deco/Streamline Moderne industrial building was adaptively reused and reopened as retail, office, and residential space, preserving the site's historic structural shell. The project remains a notable example of industrial-to-mixed-use conversion in Fort Worth's Cultural District.
