Project Health Tower

Project Health Tower is an ambitious high-rise health facility currently under construction in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska, set to become a key training and hospital center for the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Nebraska Medicine. Announced in October 2023, this $2.19 billion project will feature 18 to 20 floors, reaching heights of 380 to 400 feet, and is expected to house 550 beds within its expansive 1.25 million square feet. Construction began in April 2025, with completion anticipated by 2030, marking a significant upgrade from the former Clarkson Hospital Tower built in 1955.
