Crash at Northeast Loop 410 & Harry Wurzbach Road

On April 20, 2025 shortly after 1:30 a.m., a crash at the intersection of Northeast Loop 410 and Harry Wurzbach Road involved a driver who showed signs of intoxication. San Antonio Police officers Hannah White and Detective Brian Van Baak did not perform a DWI investigation or field sobriety tests, and White later gave the suspected driver a ride. White received a 40-day suspension and Van Baak a 10-day suspension beginning in November 2025.
