The Northwest Cannabis Solutions Satsop facility is a significant indoor cannabis growing operation located in the Satsop Business Park, Washington. Spanning 50,000 square feet, this two-story facility was originally constructed in 1980 as part of the now-defunct Satsop Nuclear Power Plant project. Since its lease in 2016, the facility has undergone over six million dollars in upgrades to support extensive cannabis cultivation, making it the largest legal cannabis grower in Washington. In 2017, it produced 8,500 kilograms of cannabis and employed around 60 to 70 people, contributing to the local economy. The facility is part of Cannex Capital, which is noted for having the highest revenue among publicly traded U.S. cannabis companies.
