The Wharf (Southwest Waterfront)

The Wharf, centered at 760 Maine Ave SW, is a multi-phase redevelopment of Washington's Southwest Waterfront that includes restaurants, shops, residential buildings, marinas, and live-music venues. The development opened its first phase to the public in 2017 and hosts year-round events, promenades along the Potomac River, and performance spaces such as The Anthem. The Wharf is a major downtown destination for dining, entertainment, and waterfront recreation.
