Casa Cavé is a historic confectionery located in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, founded in 1860 by French immigrant Auguste Charles Felix Cavé. Renowned for its elegant architecture featuring French chandeliers and stained glass, it became a popular gathering spot for the city's high society during the Brazilian Belle Époque. The menu boasts unique ice cream presentations and traditional pastries. After a temporary closure and relocation, Casa Cavé returned to its original location in 2015, continuing to charm visitors with its rich history and delightful confections.
