Gunter Hotel (1909)

The Gunter Hotel opened in 1909 in downtown San Antonio as one of the city's early steel-framed, multi-story hotels. Located near the Alamo and central commercial districts, it played a role in early 20th-century hospitality and urban infrastructure. The hotel has undergone restorations and continues to operate as a historic downtown lodging property.
