Tsuen Wan Centre

Tsuen Wan Centre is a prominent private housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, featuring 19 high-rise buildings named after various Chinese cities and a vibrant shopping arcade. Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties between 1980 and 1982, it is one of the largest estates in the area. As of the 2016 by-census, it housed over 10,700 residents, predominantly of Chinese ethnicity, with a median age of 39.6 years and an average household income of HK$30,000. The estate is also a part of the Tsuen Wan District Council, represented by Li Hung-por since the 2019 elections, making it a significant location for both living and community engagement.
