Artpace San Antonio - artist residency and contemporary exhibition space

Artpace San Antonio, founded by patron Linda Pace in 1995, operates an internationally recognized artist residency program that commissions new work from resident artists and presents rotating contemporary exhibitions. Housed in a downtown building, Artpace is known for supporting site-responsive installations and for its role in San Antonio’s contemporary art scene. The organization has helped launch the careers of numerous national and international artists through its residency model.
