The Sarjeant Gallery, located in Whanganui, New Zealand, is a regional art museum renowned for its diverse collection of over 8,300 artworks spanning 400 years, including pieces by both international and New Zealand artists. Originally established in 1919 through a bequest from Henry Sarjeant, the gallery underwent a significant redevelopment that concluded in November 2024, earning recognition as a National Geographic 'Best of the World' cultural site.
